I have a couple of 486 laptop computers doing nothing here, one is colour and the other is black and white.

I want to make a LCD picture frame with them, but not just put them in a frame, i want to mould the frame in reasin and put LEDs and EL Wire in the frames and have it all controled by the laptop.

So far i have not come accross any frames that i like, so i think i may have to start from scratch, get some wood, make the frames and then mould them.

Also i have never made a mould, i know i will need to use plaster powder to make the mould, but what next from there?

Well, i'll keep looking, it's nearly xmas time so i should get some time to work on this project.
